RS Andrews has taken care of our system once in 2013 we relocated for about 9 month and our house was vandalized destroying our heating and hot water system. Thanks to RS Andrews doing everything in their power they restored our system. This year with a gas leak we had to replace our system. Thank God RS Andrews had the "A Team" always ready to do battle. Mathew J. is a master of his trade he would not stop until our system was perfect. I needed to prepare for the snow storm and he was here waiting for me.This was an new experience for me not being able to get warm the house was cold and it was cold outside. While Mathew was working I had this knowing feeling that any minute we would have heat and hot water. Mathew was not only professional but he looked like a pro working our system and very, very patient with our many many questions. You are a Special Blessing!! Stephanie L .had a kind voice that helped me to stay calm while explaining my situation and praying they could return before the snow. Brandon worked very hard taking out the old system and bring in the new. Messing around with water in the cold had to be a challenge. Steven is a very hard worker and did not mind explaining in detail every step during the process of installing our new system. Mr. A. Brown gets a high 5 for knowing when tag in a partner. In stead of leaving the water lukewarm he questioned this and with in 2 hours just like he said the Master Plumber was here (Mathew). Nicole was like a breath of fresh air I felt as though she heard everything I had to say and she was a pleasure to speak with along with setting up my help ASAP. Special Thanks Nicole. Even though our system cost a pretty penny Jacob, our sales person was remarkable he worked with us for approval and pricing and later made sure we were taken care of. I sent him a 6 am text full of fear of not getting our system in time and he assured us we would have our system before the snow storm. He was true to his word. We will always remember you. I really hope We left know one out because everyone that entered our home we really want to Thank you for the experience and the pleasure of recognizing that RS Andrews is a Blessing, full of professional workers that are knowledgeable, pleasant and hard working. The contract was signed on 9/21/16. The installation started on 9/27/16. As of today, 9/29/16, the job is not yet complete. Our Mastercard was charged the full amount prior to the job being complete. There is definitely a communications problem within the company. I was told by the seller of the system that one of our shrubs would have to be remove to accomodate the installation of the outside compressor unit. When the installation team installed the unit, they installed in the same area as the initial unit and thus was too close to another shrub. I had to ask the team to position the new unit in the center of the area where the one shrub had been removed. The team worked trying to get the system install properly as late a 8 pm one day. We had to ask them to stop. The next day they could not get the outside unit to work properly. We called and complained. Today 9/29/16 they sent a technical rep. to see what was wrong with the installation. He found a number of things that would have to be corrected by the install team. They were supposed to return this afternoon and correct the things that were wrong with the installation. Prior to the technical rep. determining what was wrong with the installation, we had requested that the compressor unit outside be replaced with a new unit. We were told that it would be replaced and that it would be done today (9/29/16). After the tech. determined that the reason the unit did not work correctly initially was because of improper steps taken by the installation team, the tech stated that the unit was ok and no damage had occurred to the compressor unit. We agreed at that point that the unit did not have to be replaced. It is 4:27 p.m. and none of the installation team has arrived to correct the items that were not installed correctly. There definitely is a communication problem within the company which permits most of these problems occurring. The management of the company really needs to improve their internal communication skills. Overall, we have been very disappointed with the overall operations of the company.

Excellent, prompt customer service. All the service representatives that have come to my home have been very professional and informative. I have spoken with several phone representatives and they were all very professional, courteous and had great phone etiquette except one person. I had an unpleasant and unprofessional experience with one phone representative. In my opinion she was very curt, condescending , did not return calls in a timely manner or schedule inspections as she said she would. I have NO other complaints about RS Andrews, therefore I will not let the one bad apple spoil my opinion or excellent review of this company. I would definitely recommend this company to others. My last team members were Tiffany P. and Edwin D. Tiffany was very pleasant and professional on the phone. Edwin was one of the most pleasant service men I have every met. He was very kind, respectful and professional.

I have been dealing with RS Andrews for about five or six years. They installed two units in a rental property. I was holding five quotes from five different companies ranging from $18,000 to $40,000. Their pricing was such that I tossed the other five and hired them. They are highly professional. I gave them the service contract on my residence and have never regretted it. Their service technicians are highly helpful and friendly. They have consistently offered suggestions on how I could save money on my overall costs. The customer service is excellent. I recommend them every chance I get and will continue to do so. I have used several others and not one can touch these guys for knowledge and service.

The service technician, Jeremy Fay, conducted a semi-annual inspection of my unit. He was on time, professional, courteous, and responsive to all the questions that I asked of him with regards to the service call as well as other areas of concerns that I had. He listened with a degree of empathy and sincerity that you do not often find in the market place today. His knowledge base on the air conditioning & heating system is truly impressive. He is definitely a gifted technician but an even better human being. This company is better for having an individual like himself being the face of their brand. I will personally ask for him specifically in all future endeavors with this company.

On Sept. 30, 2016 Jeremy F., from R.S. Andrews, came to our house to clean our air handler, 30 years old and our heat pump, 16 years old. Both needed to be replaced. The installations were completed on Oct. 7, 2016. The installers were Eddie, a different Jeremy and Rook. On Oct. 19, 2016, James P. cleaned the ducts, which was included in price. All 5 men were on time for all 3 appointments. They all wore booties, used drop cloths and cleaned up after themselves. They were all polite, respectful and very efficient and professional. We would definitely recommend them for any heating/cooling needs.

I was totally satisfied with RS Andrews installation of my new AC and heating system. Chip the salesman took a personal interest, did not push but educated me and gave me options for correcting some of my airflow issues and they worked. Brandon, Jeremy, and Anthony were on time, worked together as a great team completing my installation in less than 8 hours that included some duct work. They were professional and when they left you did not even know they had been there to include leaving nothing for me to clean up. They instructed me on the use of the new programmable thermostat. Great job guys!

On September 12, 2016 Chuck M a Service Technician of R.S. Andrews came to our home to perform the yearly performance maintence of our ac/heat unit. This was an amazing experience. Our new HVAC was installed in the middle of a storm. The guys worked until we thought it was too dangerous to be outside or on the roof. So they came back the next morning. I was really impressed with the courtesy the guys had and how friendly they were. They cleaned up every bit of debris when finish, even sweeping the driveway! We plan to do the water heater too and will certainly go back to this same company.They even arranged all the financing. Over all it was a painless experience.

I have been with R. S. Andrews for a number of years now. I have never been disappointed with them. I have both my heating and a/c under contracts with them. Whenever I have a problem, they are out to service my equipment within hours. This time I had to have a broken piece of equipment replaced. It was nice to have the same technician (Chuck) who was very friendly and very helpful return to replace the equipment when it arrived. I will stay with R.S. Andrews for my heating and A/C needs.

My experience with R.S. Andrews was excellent. The installers set up quickly, placed cloths on floor for walkways, installers were quick and installed the unit within 2 days. We overcame minor issues that arose but they were due to living in an older home at no extra expense. No damages, left the inside clean as when they arrived and all boxes and paper removed from outside the home leaving the outside as clean as when they had arrived. I would definitely recommend R.S. Andrews to anyone.

The team arrived on schedule, explained what they were going to do, then got to work. Jon and Travon worked well together accomplishing all tasks efficiently. They cleaned up the area and briefed us on the warranty and paperwork that was conveniently completed by the office staff for us. All questions were answered clearly and we were made very comfortable with our decision to upgrade. All in all, these workers are an asset to their company, we just wish other firms were as good.

Easy scheduling. Stephene was friendly, polite and professional. She was able to work with my schedule and find a date and time that worked. Terrell, the service expert, is amazing. Very good experience starting from their comfort advisor that worked with me when it came to the price of the installation to installing a temp portable ac unit in my bedroom till installation day bc it was getting really hot outside. To men that did installation that made sure they left my place as clean and neat as it was. They were very professional and thoughtful. Would definitely recommend.. besides their price was 3 k lower then competitors..

When I first moved into my house the upstairs was 90 and the downstairs was 40. The first winter was hell. The next summer I meet a representative of RS Andrews at Home Depot and ask them to come and evaluate my home. No new system was need, just some reworking of the duck work. I was thrilled. They have had my yearly maintanence contract ever since. When my thermostat went out they came at 9 in the evening to get it working. they are great.
