It took me a long time to find the right heating and cooling company that I felt comfortable having in my home. Lee rose the owner of Des Moines Comfort is a really nice guy and goes above and beyond my expectations. I have been using Des Moines Comfort for years now and every one of his workers are nice and courteous, but most of all they know their stuff. I have them service my air conditioner and furnace every year and I also have them clean out my dryer vent every year to prevent a fire. They are very fair with their prices and they are very good at explaining what needs fixed and why. Out of one through five rating… I would give them five stars definitely and I would also recommend them to anyone I know. Thank you Des Moines Comfort for everything you do for us !

Des Moines Comfort was recommended by our builder and we have used them in our home for regular up keep and maintenance as well as suggestions for new services. We know our serviceman and appreciate his expertise and care. I feel like we are lucky to have a locally owned and operated provider to help us. Lee and Team replaced our heating and cooling system this spring. We were very happy with the time he took to go over options and give us a new system that is keeping our house consistently cooler this summer. The team that did the install was very neat, clean and courteous throughout the process. They were attentive to detail and made sure everything was done well. DSM Comfort was quick to come out on a Sunday afternoon to fix AC unit that had quit cooling. John was quick to diagnose the issue and complete the repair very quickly. A capacitor had went out so it was fairly inexpensive on what it could have been. He also explained the advantages of having the Seasonal maintenance completed as they are usually able to catch these things before they go out completely.

I was very pleased with service. My AC quit working on the hottest night of the summer and on a Friday night. I called on Sunday morning and I had a service rep. at my place by 1030. We had a tremendous problem with our boiler. Nobody seemed to know how to fix it. After contacting the techs at Des Moines Comfort, they were relentless about trying to isolate the problem. Not only did they find the problem, but they got parts delivered overnight and were able to fix the boiler that had been failing daily for over 2 months through the winter.

They arrived earlier than they said and, once they had the part, had work completed within 20 minutes. I will absolutely continue to use them for such needs in the future.
