I joking called Will our Miracle worker. Two weeks before our closing date on our very first investment property we were working with another bank and they drastically changed the terms and timeline of our loan. Our realtor connected us with Will and not only did he get us much better terms, but he still closed us in two weeks! He really worked with us to keep our cash to close number low, a goal that was important to us. I plan on doing business with Will again, hopefully soon. In the meantime I happily recommend Will to anyone purchasing a home.

Will is smart and he works until he finds a way to make it work! My clients had been told by their bank they could not qualify to buy a home and they were heartbroken!
