I started shopping here since I moved into West Valley City from California. Action Rent to Own is a local business that serves our Salt Lake City Community and was the place that I chose to fill my apartment. They have everything from furniture, entertainment systems, televisions, gaming systems, and more! They made payments flexible and affordable with their package deals and have always kept me up with new products that they have displayed on the show floor. They have a lot of great benefits to their payment plans as well! Once something is paid off, they provide a 1 month credit towards anything in the store! If you are also not in a huge rush to order things, Action Rent to Own also special orders particular furniture from their library of vendors, making it easier to afford the style and feel that you want for your home. I will always choose to go through Action Rent to Own for any of my purchasing needs. They have become the first and best part of my ever-growing Utah family!

Horrible experience! The company had filed a false claim with Knight Adjustment for an item that was returned to them. The day the item was returned there was a aggressive verbal altercation with a man who said he was the owner. I had refused to leave without proof for the return. The owner had threatened physical harm and to call the police after he had stated. His grandkid would receive a new laptop. If the owner is reading this. It happened November 2014 for that red lap top. Remember me?? There will be a counter lawsuit filed for this ridiculousness.

My experience with this company has been the worst of any of its competitors. The staff there is dishonest about price and purchase options. They were misleading about loan repayment options. Never provide this company with your credit card information because they will make unauthorized transactions for a variety of amounts. Trust me when you see this company sign of get their promo mail, go the other direction.

Awesome store with awesome staff. Overall, phenomenal customer service! Very friendly staff, very knowledgeable about what they had & very helpful. Worked with my roommate & I with getting the things we needed at no extra cost. Allowed us to trade things out for other things. Great experience with these guys all around. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to furnish a house or an apartment. Thank you guys.

This is the best place to go if you are looking for furniture to lease or rent, I was running all over the valley to look for furniture stores but their sales personnel does not satisfied me, it only took 10 minutes to sit down with Mitzi we went and the deal is done, no hidd fees. Great customer service! It was so easy to walk in and get the washer and dryer we needed (after ours broke). They even delivered it the same day. Guys came in and hooked up the weaker and dryer too!
