Please don’t bank here. They’re 100% crooks. I moved out of town & now I have to do mobile deposit. Normally a deposit is cleared the following day (midnight) now I have to wait 5 business days. Even if i make a cash deposit to pay a online bill I still have to wait 5 business days for it to clear into my account for me to pay a bill. And when you call to get things cleared up they are trained to not budge nor care on having sympathy for their companies out of date policies. I work hard for the little bit of money I do have and I’m not in the business of just giving it away nor having someone just rob me without a gun. And also notice how they respond to everyone who leaves positive comments based off of their experience vs the people who leave bad comments based off of their experience with the bank.PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY & BANK ELSEWHERE.

Someone opened a bank account under my name used a realitives address called and alls they said was it was in review. The guy said they were going to call me when they figured it out... How were you going to call me if its a fake account? Was given no information when or where it was opened. How was a bank account open under my name and a realitives adress like I need to know if someone has a fake id under my name. Not happy

Run - there is not enough room on the internet to tell all the ways this bank is incompetent. They screwed up my mortgage, checking account, and bill pay - all over the period of a year. Finally remortgaged with another company and about to close my checking and savings accounts. Hours on the phone, writing letters, email...to gain nothing but more agrgavation and no resolution.

They are an excellent bank. I chose Radius because of their history, commitment, rebates and interest. Little rough in the beginning getting used to the time change and posting time since I am in Nevada, but since the honeymoon we have had a rock solid marriage. Highly recommend.

Terrible service, I opened an account over 1 1/2 month ago and cannot access the funds I used to open my account. When I call they just say my account is under review, and say nothing about when I can expect to use the account. Do not use this bank.
