If you could drive 50 miles to go to any other Wells Fargo branch you would be encouraged to do so. Everyone is snotty, shot, really REALLY stupid and relentlessly thinks their clients are too. There is no sense of professional urgency, and the staff reminds you this is on their schedule, not yours with your money in hand. Go see Grettle and Rosalia at 40 W. and 45 S. You will never be let down like your sure to be here. Love Wells Fargo though, great bank. Unfortunately, the bad eggs had to come all to one branch here.

Today there were about 500 people surrounding this branch along with a van for some radio station. There was a solid line snaking around the building. Explain to me how the hell I am supposed to get my rent paid when the bank is swarming with people trying to get some promotional crap and the bank closes in one hour. This is the dumbest thing I have ever seen.

Customer service was realitivley quick. Valeria was the personal banker that helped me and she took great car of me. She was friendly and understood my concerns and what would be the best financial plans for the future. Definitely going back to this branch just because of her help.
