Worst customer service ever!!! Been on hold for two hours on line and 3 hours after finally getting a voicemail and still no call back. Twice this has happened. The online service is ridiculously outdated and useless and all of this led to me getting paid Friday, trying to call Friday to make my payment, not getting through, they closed on weekend, online was useless, missed my payment deadline Sunday, and half a day unable to get ahold of anybody. Worst service ever. Re financing asap with someone else and I caution others against using their services.

Jesus Morales helped immensely when I was trying to get a car loan. I bugged him for at least a week straight! I was trying so hard to get a car for sale by owner and so many opportunities fell through for me. Through all the cars and broken promises from the owners, I finally got my car. He really took initiative and helped me throughout the way. I would recommend this business and him to anyone!

My whole family and I have banked at Genco FCU since day 1! All the staff has treated us like family! Scott the branch manager at the Valley Mills location has always been amazing. When my mother was sick Scott would call us and check on her. Then when my sweet mother passed he was so compassionate and helpful. I will NEVER bank anywhere else!
