They need more tellers and a line that moves. People waited and others went around and cut around us. One line for single transaction. The other two slow as molasses. It was 2pm in the afternoon. SMH.

just avoid on pay days and its pretty good. service is always good and pleasurable. hard to complain about long lines at a navy fed local when they all have the on the 30th and the 15th.

I like this branch. They are quick on service. But to improve .... They should always have 2 people working at the front desk. One seems to be overwhelming on pay days.

I normally try to avoid going in. I had an appointment and was helped quickly and got what I needed and went on my way. It was great since I was tight on time.

It can be a super busy branch on the 1st when rent is due. The single transaction line sometimes takes longer than the regular line.

Stuff is somewhat nice and helpful. Wait time to talk to stuff is ridiculous, they go by matter of importance.
