I have never had a problem until I found out 24 hr is no good. I forgotmy password. The lady said no. the bank is closed, so I asked for a temp. number and activate my account. she was rude and said no, the bank is closed, cant help. I have MS and remember is hard to do, & husband is in Alaska for work. How am I to do this now?
