My husband and I attended an Energy Improvements presentation in Kennesaw, GA given by Marty Thomas. He is extremely knowledgeable and shared tons of information about the company, radiant barrier, and current customer testimonials. He truly did a great job. We met with him two days later to discuss further details and decided to have the radiant barrier installed in not just our GA home but our FL home too. Installation was scheduled the very next day. The crew, David, Zak, and Antoinio arrived on time, were professional and did a fabulous job. We are hoping that they also do the installation in our FL home. Electric bills were reduced by over $100.00 per month during the warmer months in Tyler (reduced by over $200.00 in August). All year round, our home remains more evenly heated and cooled as the Radiant Barrier (installed in our attic over 4 years ago) does its job. Energy Improvement staff was professional and the installation was quick even though they performed extra work to ensure our attic had sufficient ventilation and air flow. We are glad we invested in Radiant Barrier.

Product didnt work as advertised. Company up sold to provide a written guarantee. Refused to honor their written guarantee or return calls after installed and paid in full. Had to resort to certified mail to get any response from company. Now they are adding stipulations to try to avoid paying for promised reduction not delivered by their system. Go else where if you want a company that has integrity, good customer service, or puts customers over short sighted profits!

Unprofessional and rude Owner and installers. Tried to take advantage of my elderly mother by charging her for services then not completing all services paid for as per her paperwork. Company is attempting to complete work after my mother complained. Will update comments if necessary. Buyer beware.
