I created a checking account in September, 2015. When I went back a little over a month ago in April, it was gone. They had let somebody who was not me go in, withdraw all my money and close the account. So, I filed for an investigation. They promised me that I would get my money back in my new checking account (all together it took over an hour to start an investigation and open a new account) and I have heard nothing from them about the investigation nor have I received any of my money in my new account. I am very disappointed in the service they provided me.
