Finding the right coverage to address my specific requirements was a considerable challenge. I could have saved weeks of time, many hours of unnecessary research and considerable disappointment if I had connected with Ric sooner. From the start, Ric took the time to understand my requirements and then find the right plan to address my individual needs. Through the entire process, I always felt like I my concerns were important to Ric. When we had problems with the insurance company website, Ric was right there to call the company and get my problem resolved. He always called me back when I had questions and made a very difficult process tolerable. THANK YOU RIC!

I worked with Ric Monello to see if there was a better option for me in healthcare than what I already had. Ric succeeded in finding me a similarly priced plan but one that was much better financially in that it was a 90/10 vs. an 80/20. The same year that I went with the new plan, I was diagnosed with Late Onset Type 1 Diabetes and the plan was tremendously beneficial in reducing my out-of-pocket expense on an insulin pump. I was so glad that I had made the change in plans!!!

Even I as a recently retired Healthcare Professional it is difficult to analyze and dissect the current landscape. After 75-90 min of HIS time to educate and advise..he will not make a penny from us. His Advice was transparent and objective. Parents w/o significant health issues remain with existing plan, 26 y.o. with many heath needs..ACA which he does not broker. After googling brokers she decided on Ric who found her the perfect plan and helped her save alot of money in premiums. Ric came through for me. I found out I lost coverage on a COBRA plan on Monday at 5 pm. I contacted Ric who called right back. He worked with me until abut 10 pm to find the right plan and get the application completed and submitted. By 10:45 am on Tuesday morning I had coverage for myself and my family. Pretty awesome stuff.
