PEHP has been incredibly frustrating to work with! It took a supervisor to find something in their own policy. I asked another policy question and the same supervisor told me that they were to busy and had other things to do today instead of reading their policy. Reading and explaining policy seems like part of their job! I asked if I could talk to someone who knows the policy as it was written by a team and was told flatly no.

I have called this insurance company a few times in the past and had agents who seemed put off by a couple simple questions I had, but today I spoke with an agent named Connie and she was very friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to give me the information I needed. This is helping make the transition from CNIC easier.

If I could give this company negative stars I would, They are happy to take your money but are rude, unhelpful and completely unprofessional when attempting to submit a claim. And to think this "insurance" is provided to public servants! A complete joke!!!
