dr rodrick is unkempt as in sloppy its a little shocking hes a dentist. his office is floors are filthy. in the picture it shows a dentist chair with nice hardwoods but in person its gunk littered tile. the childs play area is not a place i want my children to play. at one point after rinsing my daughters mouth dr cooper rested the tool on his huge thigh and it fell to the filthy gooped up floor and he picked it up and put it back in its place (without cleaning) later to be used by the hygenist to give my daughter another rinse. after being seen i was charged for laughing gas and a fee they assess for children but hadnt been made aware before hand that the laughing gas was optional it was explained like that was the normal procedure. a concern i had when dr cooper explained what laughing gas was to my 8 year old, "you feel like youre going to space, its pretty cool!" i used that as an example of what it will sound like when her peers tell her to sample drugs in the future. bad choice of words in my opinion.

I went through the Invisalign process through Bella Dental and I am beyond satisfied. I always felt I had a decent smile and I was simply looking to fix an overbite. The results were better than I could imagine. My teeth are straighter and the small gaps had between my teeth are gone which has helped tremendously with the general health of my gums and teeth. Not to mention my overbite was noticeably corrected. Invisalign is also convenient as I am a law school student and sometimes I have to speak for extended periods so being able to remove them to speak clearly and put them back in afterwards was great. Overall it was simple process and only takes a short period to adjust too. I would recommend it to all those interested.

Things happen for a reason: I was doing research on local dentists that could come speak to my after school program kids about taking care of their teeth, the Bella Dental Services immidiately popped up. I gave them a call & Latonya was so nice & helpful in helping me prepare an appointment. Dr. Cooper came to my program on Feb. 12th to speak with the kids. He was so nice & passionate & enjoyed speaking with the kids, the kids really enjoyed him as well. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! The people at Bella Dental Services know the meaning of customer service and will go "the extra mile" to satisfy their customers. :D :D :D :D

I would recommend him to anyone searching for a new dentist in Stone Mountain , Decatur Ga area you will not be disappointed. He is very professional, great personality, and have an abundance of knowledge pertaining to his specialty dental/practice and procedures etc. If I ever consider moving to the ATL area I would consider Dr. Cooper for my dentist. I have been a patient with Dr. Cooper since 2013.. I love the care and concern this office has shown me as well as the improvement of my smile. For years I was scared to go to the dentist but not anymore. I absolutely love the detail oriented front office structure and the time that Latonya puts in explaining the process, the different payment plans and her helpful nature to ensure that the patients are comfortable moving forward. I have recommended Bella Dental to 4 other family and friends and they all have had great experiences... Sereathia D!

Expensive for the uninsured but they offer a payment plan. Sometimes the wait can be long especially for new patients but its a decent office and the dental services are professional. *** update I recieved cleanings and other tooth services through bella plan. I am a single mom and a college student so no insurance paid out of pocket to get a front mouth install partial crown and it feels cheaply made even though I paid almost 7,000 dollars to get this installed in my mouth. There is a gap in between my gums and it feels like it may fall out.****

I highly recommend Dr. Cooper and his staff for their amazing, high quality customer service. If you are looking for a Dental practitioner look no further. I was greeted and welcomed to their office. The staff gives a tour of the office, introductions to their colleagues, the equipment that is used, and finally the man Dr. Cooper. The level of care given by Dr. Cooper and his staff is unrivaled by any I have ever experienced. All of the staff are knowledgable and friendly. This is definitely my new dentist!

I just want to say that I had a very great experience at Bella Dental! The people who work there are really nice, very professional and know what they are doing. I came there to get a cleaning and the lady at the front desk was very professional and I did not have to wait to long. There I met Dr Roderick Cooper and his assistant Marisol. My girlfriend awoke one morning with a mouthful of pain and an obvious pocket of something not fun one fateful morning. We called Bella Dental Services and they were able to get her in THAT day. The level of service, comfort, and professionalism was top notch. Dr. Cooper kept her comfortable and took care of the necessary work. They contacted her again the next day to check in. They really made us feel like family. We now have a new Dentist and cannot recommend them more!

Gosh!!! The level of unprofessionalism by Latonya or whatever her name is, just baffles me, she clearly does not know her functions as manager!!! Do not go here!! If you do then prepare to be frustrated, They are so so disorganized and unprofessional. Just wasted my gas and time driving 30mins to come here. Clearly they are living on past glory. You should make lives easier for your patients not worse and inform them at the time of appointment all they need to know.

I have gone to so many dentist in attempts to find a home. Well, I found it at Bella Dental! Dr. Cooper and his staff have created a professional, yet welcoming environment. I actually look forward to my visits. They are honest and punctual. They are serious but do not judge. The health of your teeth, your comfort, and desires are their priority. I honestly recommend this facility. I travel from Cobb to Clarkston to visit this office and will continue to!

I really love coming to Bella Dental. I do not feel like I am being rushed in and out of the door and they take their time to make sure they are giving you the best treatment. All dentistry/dentists vary from quite pricey to outrageously expensive. Bella employees were all very nice, but some business practices are questionable in my mind. Probably a good place for basic services... not so sure on the advanced procedures ~
