My husband was talked into this program with the guarantee he would be qualified for a home loan when finished. (6 mo program) Well it has been 10 months and still no pre approval or loan. Last call he was told to go to his own bank! He was placed with a loan officer through camden and was told they do not loan under 50,000, when he called them back stating he made a mistake on amount of home he was looking at they informed him they do not loan under 65,000. Well needless to say after 10mos of a rollercoaster ride and many headaches and 1500 for the cost of the program we are no better off then when we started. We are very displeased with their service and will be reporting to the BBB and attorney generals office. What a rip-off! By the way we did everything they asked of us and credit score is where it needs to be for FHA loan which was what we were told we were going to get! Very disappointed!!!!

Talked to a representative they told me an affiliate of theirs could do a one time credit check for 9.95 I have since been charged 29.95 of my credit card for the last 3 months contacted Camden Services and found out that they use Credit Armour Plus to do the credit check and unless you cancel they charge you for "credit protection" . Camden Services said they canceled services right away but since I dont have an account number to give credit Armour they keep charging my account I have no other option other than canceling my card now not happy beware of using this service.

they are rude, they might do one thing on your credit report per month - so they can say they did something. In 6 months, there was absolutely nothing done to my credit, nothing old was removed, no removal of inquiries. I guess they take your money until the last month and then get off their ass and do something.

Do not share credit or debit info with them. I authorize them to charge my credit card for just $1.00. They did charge that but without my authorization they enrolled my cc info to identity protect and charge my cc every month for 19.99...such a crap

Got taken for $2000.00 I was told they would have a lawyer to resolve a apartment claim,that was falsified by management,I was told it was resolved but was denied when I applied for another apartment because the collection was still pending.
