I have been trying for 3 days to receive customer service support to log on to the extremely poor website. I have now talked to 5 different people over three days. They say that nobody nows how to use their website. How do they get a job in customer service? They say someone will call me back. It happens a day later and that person cannot help either. Today Steve Diosbado Assistant Manager in customer service said no one could help me and I would be called back tomorrow. He said his boss Marina Lewis was in a meeting and I could not speak with her. I doubt that I will get a call back from either. It is easier to move all my money to Logix Credit Union than to continue to deal with the incompetencies at Premier America Credit Union. They need to remove the "Premier" in their name. This Rate and Review is the only way to reach someone who cares about how customers are treated. Maybe it will reach someone who cares.
