It has been years since I dealt with ‘hard money’ lenders. The impression left on me was more of used car salesman. I needed an investment loan and my credit had slipped (a lot) this year. I actually had started with a broker who had my file for over 2 weeks and I hadn’t heard anything from them. Annoyed, I started researching on my own and I came across California Hard Money and Miss Judy. We talked, she listened, I asked questions, she gave answers. After our first phone call I felt comfortable. She didn’t try and force the issue nor did she overpromise. I found her extremely knowledgeable, professional and organized. She will keep you informed, without pestering, she will give you honest responses and if she says she can do your loan, she’ll get it done! Miss Judy is hardworking and she respects her borrowers. At the end of my loan, tittle had last minute requests the Friday before a three day holiday. Miss Judy was there every step of the way. I can’t say enough about my experience with Miss Judy. As a consumer, I read reviews, check complaints etc. All of her 5 ⭐️reviews are accurate and sincere. We live in a world where we are quicker to complain than compliment. The best compliment I can bestow will be as a repeat borrower. I plan to pick up more projects and working with Miss Judy will be the only way I would delve into this business.

I have been working with Judy on 3 loans. She is upfront with the fees and very easy to work with. My latest loan with Judy is very remarkable. In order to win the bidding war in a very competitive San Francisco real estate market I had to make my offer with no contingencies. My deposit in the amount of $47,250 went into escrow and my fate was in the hands of Judy. If she had failed to secure the loan I would have lost that deposit. Wow, it was exciting! But no surprises at the end. She delivered what she promised with the calm professionalism. I know that I can trust Judy. She is very straightforward. She will tell you directly what she can do and what she cannot do. I would call this a "no nonsense" approach. To be completely honest, I never tried any other hard money lender: I was lucky to do my first hard money loan with Judy and since then I could count on her as a reliable source of hard money for my real estate purchases.

I am a Realtor in Northern California and I was at the end of my rope, because my Buyer was tough to get approved. She has a business and wanted to buy a house I found and fix it up and flip it. Well the lender I was using, had a difficult time, with actually getting it through.
