This company took my money and gave no services at all in return. I had to call my cc conpany to dispute charges. The owner of the company (yes owner) does not do his due dilligence in paperwork and for that i am stuck with no information and ive paid 150 dollars a month for several months and all for nothing. Dont walk. But run from this company. Im personally out thousands and will be taking them to court its so bad.

I have financed several cars with them and the experience as always been positive. There are always areas for improvement with any business, In general they are quick and friendly. Unbeatable. I will always use Southwest Financial for all of my credit needs. This is a well-run financial institution that treats members (shareholders) well.

great bank as long as your dealing with the basics (checking, savings accounts) anything more such as loans, refinancing vehicles, credit cards, making payments on closed accounts has to be the worst place possible to deal with, nice ladies but incompetent brains.

Really enjoy banking with this CU, they have always been prompt at resolving any issues that might have required attention. Currently have savings and checking active with them and have done multiple loans here as well.
