I had a bad Experience at the Brownsville Branch, Assistant Manager Reynaldo Longoria has given information on my business to people even it was on Record to not disclose info to 3rd parties. I approached management on this and was given an apology. I however have to now limit my dealings with this bank because I cant trust it wont happen again.

Making payments at this bank is quick and easy. There is never tons of people, and I can go in and out without much trouble. I would have given this place 5 stars, but one time I heard the teller talking smack about a customer that left. Unprofessional if you ask me. 4 stars mang!
