Worst customer service Ive ever had in a bank ....Walked in and was not greeted at all.The teller was rude the bank manager was just sitting there as if i wasnt looking at her for atleast 10 mins..They are under staffed is what the teller was saying. I dont bank here was trying to make an deposit for a friend and I just walked out.... I love Navy Federal and its Banks like TD bank that make sure that I stay with Navy Federal..Im never go to another TD bank again if i can help it.You guys suck at the Glen Burnie location...

000.000 stars they let people steal the money out of your account. The things they say makes no scence on the account ledger. even when you call and tell them someone fraudelenlty took money from you you get an over draft fee of 35.00. evn if you are enrooled in over draft protection this bank sucks ass going with another one . WORST SERVICE EVER! None of THESE LADIES HELP TO ASSIST ME In GETTING A NEW PIN NUMBER! The lady Serena was no help either. The employee that was working at the teller, told me a LIE AND SAID MY OLD PIN SHOULD BE WORKING AT THE ATM WHICH IT WAS NOT AND I HAD TO GO BACK IN AND NO ONE WOULD NOT ASSIST ME! Would never bank with TD after today! I wish they had zero stars

Came in yesterday to sign a signature card and the lady NEVER FAXED MY INFORMATION! Now I have to make another trip up there and watch the lady fax my information! I hope the same lady is there too. How can you get my information and not fax it? I am highly pissed off! Just wait until I walk into that bank! HORRIBLE

I am in town and was trying to use my card and it would not read on the cc machines. It was like 3:03 on Saturday, the store was closed. Customer service goes beyond a time frame. The staff eagerly assisted me so that I could enjoy my trip! Thanks guys and to the guy in the bow tie, you really made my day!

TD may be very convienent as far as hours and cash or check deposits (at the atm) goes. But the overdraft fees i have been charged in the past 4 years is outrageous. The overdraft protection is POINTLESS! I am finally closing my account. Do not bank with TD!
