Elizabeth Russell at Johnston & Street, PLLC is WONDERFUL!!! I used Ms. Russell for a recent legal matter which I thought would involve a court appearance. I have known Ms. Russell personally for some years, but this was my first experience working with her professionally. Legal situations are very nerve-wracking for me, and Ms. Russell made me feel so protected and comfortable. When I brought my case to her, she was obviously on my side, making me see that I really did have a case worth pursuing. However, she never misled me with grandiose ideas of what I could win. She was realistic, but aggressive, and was never thwarted by the other side and their empty threats. That was very, very important to me. Also, she was easy to get on the phone, and returned calls and texts promptly. That was wonderful!! Finally, she was incredibly professional. I was so proud to have her as my lawyer, and her professionalism made me feel even more confident in my case. We only had to present in court one time, and because the other side was not prepared, we actually did not go in front of the judge. But, even watching her interactions with the judge and other attorneys that day was very impressive. Her verbal skills are something to behold. She prepared me very well for the court, taking the time to help me understand our goals, should I be cross-examined. She was successful at settling my case out of court, which was ideal for me. She got me a great settlement, but was never unrealistic with me about what our results may be. I will be using Ms. Russell again. I will be sending my friends and family to Ms. Russell. I am grateful to find an accomplished, ethical, intelligent, competent attorney to use from this day forth. mbe

I have dealt with attorneys in the past and had no issues but this firm I would not recommend to anyone. They refuse to talk to you in person or on the phone they do not return emails unless you consistently send follow-up emails. They do not support you and give you false information only to change the outcomes when you have already moved forward on a task.
