My wife was shopping at a Westminster supermarket when she stepped in a puddle of water on the floor. She fell down hard and immediately felt intense pain. The store manager tried to get her to walk out of the market even though she had a broken leg! The manager didn’t even want to call an ambulance for My wife. She was taken to the Fountain Valley Regional Medical Center. They had to do surgery on her leg the next day. We have a developmentally challenged child at home who needs my wife full time. For the last two years, my wife has not been able to take care of him as before. I had to fill in the void where my wife was unable to physically, due to the injury. We looked for personal injury lawyers in Orange County who handle slip and fall cases, and we hired The Reeves Law Group. We didn’t really expect much because everyone says slip and fall cases are hard to win. But about a year after the lawsuit, Neil Berry and Robert Reeves went to mediation and the market agreed to pay my wife a lot of money. And I mean a very substantial recovery. We were so surprised that we started crying when the attorney told us. I thank the lord that he sent us to this law firm.

My parents were hit by a car when they were crossing the street. They hired the Reeves Law Group in part because their office is very close to their house in Santa Ana -- more importantly, they wanted to hire the best personal injury lawyer in Orange County. Attorney Blaise Patzkowski handled their case and he did an amazing job for them. He got the insurance company to pay their full insurance policy limit. As you can see from the reviews of his other former clients, Mr. Patzkowski gets full policy limits for a lot of his clients! This is because he works extremely hard and does not back down to insurance companies. Blaise Patzkowski at the Reeves Law Group gets my vote for the best personal injury lawyer in Orange County.

Thrice Force

Like the reviewer before me said, this group is a group you NEED to stay away from. They handled my case for four months and never did I get any updates regarding my case nor did I ever get to speak with an attorney. The administrative staff is very rude and they seem like they hate dealing with people in general. The group did not get any results for my third degree burns as they refused to litigate. YOU can negotiate better one on one with the party that injured you than having some 3rd party lawyers like the Reeves group handle the case. Robert Reeves has a bad name based on the way this group operates. In my opinion, it feels like more of a scam than an actual law firm. I am disgusted by this group.

I suffered a serious neck injury and rotator cuff tear to my shoulder in a car accident in La Habra and was taken to the Anaheim regional medical center. After being referred to the Reeves Law Group by a friend I hired that law firm. They did a super job, obtaining all the money available under the limits of two separate insurance policies. They also went to bat for me with a dispute that arose between my insurance company and the hospital. The lawyer who handled my case at the Reeves law firm got that problem resolved. Back in November 2014, I was driving on the freeway when my truck was struck from behind and pushed into the car ahead of me. My truck sustained damaged to the front and back. I was crossing the street to go to the market. The street has been in bad disrepair. I fell in a large pothole and went face down and broke my elbow and my leg. I’m 80 years old. I didn’t know what to do. I had my caregiver call a lawyer and she told me to go to the Reeves Law Group. The attorney who handled my case at that law firm was Neil Berry. He was available when I needed him, and even came to my house several times. He sued the City and got them to pay me for my injuries and a lot more! I hope I don’t need a lawyer again, but if I get in a bad spot, I’d go back to the Reeves Law Group in a second.

So initially I found this office through Google search and due to the good reviews I decided to give it a shot. I had a personal injury case for the accident for which I was NOT at fault. This is by far the WORST law group I have ever seen and WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had. STAY AWAY at all costs. Not only they are not going to help you, but also they will confuse you and cause more headache and pain for you. The attorneys are rude, uneducated, ignorant, impatient (probably with some anger management issues) and lousy. Again STAY AWAY from them, as they will do no good for you and your case.

This Law firm is by far the worst I have ever encountered. I would recommend anyone to stay away from them as representitives for you in your time of hardship. In my experience I was treated very poorly as well as my other friend. We were both unable to reach our attorney, we were never updated about changes of the case, when we finally were able to get ahold of them they were very vague with all answers, if you like being left in the shadows and playing phone tag by all means go here.
