Trying to figure out all the ins and outs of a family trust are taxing enough for your own family much less that of a very close friend of the family, and then being the executor/trustee of that same trust, can really drive a person to the brink of insanity, yet, when you have the guidance and direction of a Law firm like James Roberts, and all the wonderful assistants he has being not only kind and helpful and patient, but truly professionals in their field, it makes the whole process a lot more bearable and allows even the least knowledgeable of these types of legalities able to get through the process with a smile on their face. This is how the Law offices of James Roberts handles their clients and I would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone curious to know if family trusts are a necessary thing. Dennis E.
