I want to thank Global Law Centers and William Kent who handled my green card process. I was looking for a reliable Orange County Immigration Lawyer and luckily found them through a friend of mine. I came to the U.S. in 2003 on H-1B Specialty Visa. I started my green card process in 2004 from another lawyer. My labor certification was approved but I-140 Petition was denied as I hold a 3 year Indian degree. My attorney filed appeals but they were denied as well. My Company then decided to start new process all over from the beginning starting with PERM which again was approved but later denied at I-140 process. Two times I had wasted time which was really frustrating. I had run out of time on my 6 year H-1B time limit with no I-140 approval and was limited to one year extensions based on my pending appeals. 8 years of waiting and still nothing. A friend of mine in a similar situation recommended an immigration law firm in Orange County called Global law Centers and I scheduled meeting with William Kent. From the very beginning Mr. Kent and his staff assured me that they were experts in employment based immigration matters. They were able to explain to me why my last cases were denied and provide me with step by step details about how they were going to process my case differently. They did not make false promises and were very straightforward. I can honestly say that William Kent is the best Immigration Attorney in Orange County. I signed with their office and I was greatly impressed by the efficiency with which Global Law Centers handled my immigration case. Most communication was via e-mail and all of my concerns, however minor, were promptly addressed either by William Kent or one of his staff members the very same day. I was very comfortable as they were always available to answer my questions and concerns and were very understanding as they sympathized with my previous experience. It is hard to find a trustworthy immigration attorney especially in Orange County, but I found that in William Kent and Global Law Centers. In only 4 months my PERM Labor was certified and my I-140 was finally approved after a few hiccups. It was right in time as my H-1B was set to expire and I was able to obtain a 3 year extension on my H-1B status. I greatly appreciate the hard work and high level of professionalism demonstrated by Global Law Centers through all steps of my application. I highly recommend William Kent as the best immigration lawyer in Orange County. They helped me so much and I am now in the line with my priority date waiting to file for my I-485 Green Card petition. They were able to transfer my green card file from EB-3 to EB-2 and retain my old priority date with the same employer. Global Law Center team is very knowledgeable and knows what they are doing.
