DON’T DO IT! My Parents signed with this man and after filing a claim due my mother’s car being vandalized and purse stolen from it, this man was ANYTHING BUT professional. In fact his chosen response was to use a string of profanity and HIGHLY offensive comments towards my handicapped and elderly father. (i.e. name calling with use of the F word, in addition to fat and s.o.b.). He then proceeds to stand in the way of my father who is making his way to his vehicle to leave and Mr. Crosby tells him he is going to “kick his a**”. This from a 40 something man to a 60 something man. I guess it takes a REAL man to pick on the elderly and disabled. All because my parents filed a claim on a policy they pay for. Unprofessional. Cowardly. Sorry excuse of a human being.

I have purchased other vehicles and enquired about costs and have gotten clear answers, usually on the spot. Dan has provided good advice on several complex annuity questions to me recently. I search for a life insurance policy I was able to get more with Daniel Crosby State Farm. I now have my car and home as well my life. I was surprised by the quick rates quotes and the ability of the staff to really educate me on the what policy was best for my family. The adds of the other guys on TV is one thing but State Farm has the total package at very competitive prices.
