Had a horrible experience. This business is very disorganized and unprofessional. They shredded our file causing us valuable time to get into a house. In the end we ended up backing out of using them. Also, my mom put a review on here and they threatened to not give the loan to us unless she took the review off in ten minutes. If you are considering using this business for a loan I would strongly suggest you do some research first. When we did some investigation after we started having problems there were several other complaints on them.

Very Good experience, they helped me raise my score and told me exactly what to do to fix my credit score which was super helpful because I didnt even know where to start. I didnt think I would ever be able to buy a home because my score was so low but it was actually much easier than I thought to bring it up to what I needed to qualify and I am very grateful to them for that.

I was recommended to this group for my first home purchase from my realtor. They were there to answer any questions that i had (and there were alot!) I had heard so many horror stories about buying a house and they proved to be just the opposite!! I would highly recommend them!!

Horrible. Will not call or email you when they say they will get back with you or when you try to contact them. Signed a paper weeks ago so they could verify my hours and pay etc and they still havent even bothered to contact my work. They do not seem to want any business.
