Plain and simple, Sherry, Shannon, and the rest of the National Home Finance team did an EXCELLENT job pertaining the the processing of my home loan. They continually went above and beyond with not only the promptness but also the accuracy and the overall desire to ensure that I was always protected and kept as the top priority. With my location in Florida and their location in NC I never had to worry about any step of the process.In fact both my realtor and tittle company had no prior experience with the processing of a VA loan. With high praise and many compliments from all Sherry and Shannon led them the whole way through. With all said I would HIGHLY recommend Sherry, Shannon and the National Home Finance team to all. My experience is in relation to senior loan officer David Macaione at National Home Finance branch in the Wilmington, NC area. David was able to find the best rates and lowest fees for a jumbo loan on my main residence. He guided me through the myriad of the documents needed with ease. Considering this experience and the low mortage rates, I decided to refinance my second home for a traditional FHA 417k loan. The expereince on this second loan was even better. I must have spent no more than a few hours to get all the paperwork done. I recommend them and David in particular at any time. The are experienced and hard working.
