I have been with Nersesov Insurance Agency for over a decade and absolutely love the approach and time Ervin takes to get you the best possible rate for the money. About 12-15 years ago, my driving record was at its lowest point with most insurance companies refusing to deal with the “high risk drivers” and few that would take on my policy, jacked up the cost of premium over $2000+ per half a year. That is when I decided to seek out advice and fix my driving habits to resolve my driving history going forward at which point one of my college buddies recommended Ervin as he praised his ways of going above “the norm” to get the best possible rate in accordance to your record. After consulting with Ervin, he was strait forward with his approach and did not sugar-coated my situation, warning me that I will be at the highest risk bracket with high payments until my driving improves. I agreed to work with him as I was in a desperate situation and knew that he would probably be the only option at this point yet I had my doubts that he would be able to get me out of a hole when BIG Giant Companies failed to do so… Ervin got back to me within few hours stating that he found several companies with various options and presented the best structure and price breakdown that would benefit me the most while maintaining competitive rate. The best part was that his rate was almost HALF the cost of what few big companies quoted me with better options such as lower deductible, free AAA add-ons, car rental and more insurance coverage. Yet I was paying about a grand per half a year (which is high for an average person) I was thankful and grateful for being able to have an insurance at great rate in my position. After about a year, Ervin reached out stating that he was now able to move me to another insurance company with even better coverage and incentives while saving me third of what I was accustomed to paying. My driving record since then improved and my premiums kept dropping to the point where I was paying about $500 a YEAR. It was almost a joke but then it all changed when my vehicles preference and purchase went from Civic, Accord, Camry and few others “entry level” to Infinity, Acura, BMW’s and so on. Even thought my vehicles are now more “premium”, my rate went up in accordance with the value of the car but still lower than any other insurance companies. The only companies that can compete with Nersesov Insurance Agency are “Internet Based” insurance where everything is good until you get into an actual accident where you need an agent to fight your battles and walk through a stressful situation and most importantly GET YOU COVERED! Bottom line is that Ervin is very responsive, prompt and goes out of his way every time to make me (customer) happy. ZERO Cons, All Pros!!! Customer for Life!
