My experience with All Western Mortgage was excellent, I tube trouble getting my loan With another company, Working with mr. Dennis Laughlin was the best thing I Could get my loan in a week and get my keys in one more week, Mr. Dennis was very profecional, knows much of His work, you have a great team and was always willing to help me with my loan , thanks the whole team of All western Mortgage Especially to Mr. Dennis L. As I first time buyer, I had thousands of questions. Karyn was very professional and validated all of those questions and concerns. She went above and beyond in her explanations of my questions. I had a unique situation and Karyn encouraged me, guided me, and reassured me. She never lost hope despite a few road blocks, none of which were within her control. Her confidence and knowledge saved me from walking away from my dream home. She treated my loan as though it were her top priority and with the upmost importance. Working with Western Mortgage was a breeze. I was cutting it extremely close to my closing date when the other mortgage company I was working with tried to undercut me at the last minute. These are good, hardworking, honest people who care about you getting into your home the right way. Whether via email or phone communication, I was always treated with respect, professionalism and the utmost of courtesy. They were so quick to process my paperwork and continued to save me money along the way. Would definitely use this company again. Special shout out to Steve Kelly!

It is a great company with good rates and tons of loan products including FHA, VA, Conventional, USDA and even niche products. Offices are nice in convenient locations and the support staff is very helpful. My loans close in 14-28 days, depending if we need it rushed, and management is very helpful if we hit a snag that needs some help.

Bryce kept all parties informed. This was a probate deal with co executors. One of the executors was in Japan which added complexity. Bryce modified the schedule to have a parallel path for what needed to happen in Japan. He coordinates with the realtors and probate attorney to get realistic dates so we always had the most up to date information. Bryce went above and beyond to bring this deal to a close!

The first loan officer was not willing to go out of his way for me, wouldnt answer emails etc. contacted Robert, and he was all over it. Always called when he said he would. Even with %30 down payment they still insert mortgage insurance on my mortgage ,then they sold my mortgage to a bank that after 6 months had letter from bank that AWM made mistake on my monthly payment and they add $100 more to my monthly payment, I wish I can do something if anyone know the way I handle this let me know please thanks.
