I have bought several homes over the last 8 years and this by far was the best experience I have ever had. At one point, due to some issues with fund transfers, I thought I was going to lose my interest rate or possibly my loan. Joe and his team were understanding and supportive thought out the whole process. I ended up closing 15 days later than I intended with the same rate. Purchasing a home can be stressful. I am a shift worker and have odd days off. I have worked with lenders in the past that were difficult to get a hold of because of my schedule. Joe seemed like he was always available. He was able to answer all of my questons any day of the week and occasionally during odd hours. Sometimes I felt like he never stopped working. I would recommend Joe and his team to all of my close family and friends.

We worked with Joe and Kathy from Guild Mortgage to secure a VA loan for our first home purchase while stationed overseas in Japan.
