In the last year or so service has been very slow. They seem to be under staffed. On fridays when its very busy its not uncommon to spend 1/2 hour to 45 min waiting to be helped. Ive been coming here for 30 yrs now and am seriously thinking of taking my business elsewhere. Even the ATM is out of service half the time. I hope they can get it together or Im sure they will lose some very loyal customers. Its to bad because it used to be a great place to bank.

Ive been going to this particular branch for some time now. Its not my actual banking company but able to use them as a shared branch. Though sometimes the drive-thru is slow, I still appreciate the service rendered. Friend and consistent staff. Ive only ever had ine problem with them, in drive-thru, I was short on the cash received as to what I requested. It was handle in a timely and professional manner!

The over draft fees are over the top, they give no time to correct the mistake, I have 2 accounts and put money in the wrong one, I realized what I did right away and already got a fee, this has happened a couple of times, I think I will take my business to the bank

ive been going to cfu since st marks closed and they with very few a person here or there maybe 2 in all these years where ive just been frustrated both are long gone!! and the popele are always willing to go otnofntheir way for me my son even his puppy..

Disappointed. Stopped in to talk to someone, was considering opening an account. Multiple people in the office, but no one could take time out to talk to me. Sat for 15 minutes and then decided to go. Maybe they did me a favor!

Very great customer service. Great company to work with if you have ever have to report fraudulent charges or identity theft. No unnecessary charges. All around good credit union.
