Had to wait over 25 minutes to talk to someone. It was a saturday and people were sitting in their cubes alone. Very poor customer service. Update ... today i got these.... CU would not accept. Have to drive back and forth. They were hidden in a stack. WTF chase?

I had a decent time here opening an account for my business. I will say, though the teller was polite and fun, she took forever. Not he worst experience but not the best.
