I had some fraudulent activity on my account and they called me to notify me of the activity which was awesome but lied and told me some of the charges did not go through and when I tried to dispute the charges they denied me. i called and they lied and avoided taking responsibility of the situation and the recent customer service I spoke to was very rude.This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had, and I will not recommend this credit union to anyone else. I will continue to bank with BOA

I was a happy customer until my account got close and I was never made aware that my account would be close especially over a over draft balance of 39$ Chase bank never close my account over a small amount like this.
