Based on my experience, they try to be helpful, they are polite, but policies and conveience do not meet the standards that other banks can and have. I do not recommend them if you convenient hours and would like your money readily available.

This place is truly amazing. So much more than a bank, I actually feel like they truly care. They helped me build credit, secure my credit, and refinance my car. Jami-Lou and Jeanette were amazing!!!!

The terrible smell from the smoking area is so strong it makes the atm very uncomfortable to use. Nasty!
