Been with this credit Union for a over 2 years. Customer service is satisfactory and the bankers ALWAYS appear to be as you are bothering them. Not very helpful and sharing with information. The hold time when calling and trying to reach any department is less than acceptable. Disappointed in choosing this credit union, truly in sear h if a new one and definitely would not recommend this to co-workers, as I am in Human Resources.

2015. Oct Nothing to like about this credit union. Refused to contact me when they put my payroll check on hold. they collected over $200 in fees before deciding to contact me. 2014 a breach in most accounts causes on know according to the credit union. Left a lot accounts with out monies.2014. Flood . Could not get my money for a week.
