I want to take the time out to thank Credit Union of Atlanta for the excellent service I received when applying for auto loan this pass June. I sincerely appreciate the patience Taylor Drakeford spent processing my loan application. Not only did Taylor have patience, but she also was very informative about car buying process. Because of this I was able to not only buy a car with low miles and good gas mileage but also a low APR and a great auto warranty that would cover my vehicle for three years. Again, Taylor thanks you so much for working for my financial well-being and processing a loan that would give me payments to fit my life style. I greatly appreciate the assistance you provided me. I have called numerous times and can never get through on any day and have gotten cut off They need a better system to better serve the members I am on my way into the 245 Pryor St. Location to seek some answers I am seriously considering taking my money out by the end of month over the many issues I am having Time is money, then every time I need to address a matter I have to go I and lose money, sitting around waiting for anywhere up to min 20 minutes upwards of 40 minutes I have fallen asleep twice from being exhausted and I have even left tired of waiting

Im confused as to why you all have an atm that takes cash deposits but as i stand here it says its only taking checks? Ridiculous and definitely inconvienent. I understand the bank is locally owned but there are only two branches why cant we get modernized atms? Also i understand once again its a local branch but its sad that everytime*because it happens often* something goes wrong with my debit card or acct i have to wait until business hours unless its stolen..truley inconvienent

Oh boy oh boy! I thought I was alone on this on this poor customer service. They force so called Christmas loan on people who have not applied nor signed any paperwork and start deducting payments from your account. I know I am not the only one. I closed my account and went to a better credit union.

This credit union has horrible customer service. No matter how many times you call for a particular person they do not ever pick up nor do they return your voicemail. It is not just one person, it is all of the people who try to call direct.
