Mortgages and loans are not competitive with other lenders. I have been a member for 15 yrs. They deceive young veterans by advertising themselves as a credit union. A true credit union is truly none profit unlike navy federal. There are a lot of Better Buisness Bureau complaints about there dishonest and predatory leanding practices.

The only thing they need to do with put some organize lines on the ATMs outside, 1 because it is a very bad parking lot and to get the atm and not the teller is hard. I cannot get into the line properly without hitting the curb. Also it would help cause the other vehicles do not know how to properly form a line.

It is very convenient to where I live, but the drive through lines are terrible. You can not access the drive through ATM if there are lines at the drive through teller. Also, the inside is always crowded with people just standing around. IT IS TOO SMALL FOR THE AMOUNT OF CUSTOMERS RECEIVING SERVICE.

The worst experience ever since I have had navy federal.The staff very slow, I was waiting to print out my card over 30 minutes and the 2 females at the front desk could not tell me why was there such a long wait for just a print out of my card. Poor service.

I love NFCU but this branch is the WORSE navy federal I have ever been too. It is unorganized and just unprofessional over all. Unless you have hours to waste on simple task please run to the next Navy Federal.

The lines and wait times at this credit union is ridiculous! The branch needs to expand or perhaps more tellers are desired. I guess they are trying but its really bad.

This is the smallest NFCU I have ever seen and the line moves soooooooooooo slow. Be prepared to stand in a long line and wait wait wait.
