If you need to call TFCU for service, you will be able to work your way thru the menu, be placed on hold, then drive to the branch to ask your question, and by the time you get home someone might have picked up your call after you have had a chance to make some nachos and popped a cold one.

If I could give zero stars I would. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Unhelpful if you are in a situation where you’re card needs activated because you need gas. They tell you to wait days for your pin or somehow make it into a branch. Zero help, zero sympathy, and very condisending.
