It is really obvious the people leaving the one star reviews do not know what they are talking about. Nothing they said is true. This credit union has two external ATMs outside, 3 kiosks for basic needs, and 3 offices for loans and what not. The kiosks are not all machines, you talk with a real person on the other end. The kicker is that people that "hate" this are the same people that can do all of their business at an ATM. Instead, they leave a review about how they cannot manage their kids. The staff is beyond helpful and it makes you really feel welcome and not like you are getting taken advantage of. To the dumby that is upset about the new cards, the EMV chip is a federal mandate to make your card more secure. But since you want to live in the stone age, go ahead and get your identity stolen.

I used to go to their St. Petersburg office and they had three tellers, then two tellers. Later they replaced all the tellers with a stupid huge ATM like machine with a large video chat screen. I am hard of hearing and could not understand the video teller instructions, I asked the teller to type the instructions on screen. Many times I have seen customers waiting 30 minutes inside waiting in line for that stupid video teller machine. Switching credit unions. Also if you call the office to speak with a banker, you have to wait a long time online to finally speak with someone.

Very helpful financial officers and tellers. Very friendly. But like most financial institutions are moving towards, all cash transactions are done with the teller behind a wall, and the customer speaking to a camera.

gte has removed tellers from their branches. this has made long long waits for service. plus they have raised their fees. this bank sucks. basically they have made their customer service nonexistent.

First and last visit. Banking system is impersonal using their teller system. Wait for the teller was ridiculous then they have the nerve to charge me $5 for a $14 check. Nope! I won’t be back.

Really like the new setup! Easy to use systems & friendly staff to help you out if you get stuck along the way. noticeably shorter wait times with the new call systems that were installed.
