Bought a car through them and landed on hard times. No biggie, I had filed hardship paper work with them so I should have a payment plan set up or a few months grace period to get back on my feet. Nope. I call them and they tell me that my wife filed out the form but my name was on the car so it didnt count. Then they continued to pull out money I didnt have from my account and then late fee me everytime. I called about that and they said can you make the payments of 500 a month. I said well no for the second time and opted that they just tell me what I should do since I wouldnt be able to pay for the car for awhile. They said we will call you back with an answer. No response for weeks. I called them multiple times and got the run around. No one knew anything and it was like restarting the process over and over again. Finally I just asked if I could return the vehicle to them as a surrendered vehicle and we just call it square. They said yes but it could hurt your credit. I didnt care I just wanted my life back. I returned the car and they said all was well again. 8 months later and now my daughter is one and I have a son on the way. I finally have a new job. But there is something weird going on. For 6 months the bank has been taking random amounts of money from my account. I call them and they say its because I havnt made my car payment. I tell them that I gave the car back amd they sound puzzled but they assure me its because of the system error and that they would handle it. A month later and they call me threatening a judement against me in the form of 8k. Apparently the car was sold at auction for 8k lower than what I had gotten a loan for and they were just telling me now (car was sold almost a year ago). Fed up I just ask what should I do and they say you will have to start makeing your nearly 500 dollar payments again. I say I cant and now they have agreed to 200 dollars a month. Maybe this was all a misunderstanding but Im a millennial and this was essentially my first bank. Call millennials what you will but with this bank being this unorganized I garentee they wont be in business in the next 15 years if that, not unless they fix this confusion problem and poor service.

Inexcusable wait times, this is the only bank where the line is out the door, You will need and hour if you go to Ewing branch on a saturday. No matter what time you arrive expect to wait a long period to withdraw or deposit anything, I decided to make a deposit through drive through and it took 45mins to do that. 45mins To make a deposit! They need MORE TELLERS. Ridiculous wait time I am now looking to go back to Chase! A customer should not wait that long for any transaction unless your closing on a house!

They were very incompetent.. I was applying for a commercial loan. They had now clue about how to do an SBA loan. I had to hire a loan packager to get the loan moving. The loan was finally approved. They they decided not to do the loan a few days before closing. They cost me time and money. Stay away!!!
