Worst customer service I have EVER encountered! If I could give less than one star I would. The visit started with standing in line with people lining up behind me as the male clerk chit chatted with a blonde co worker. All customers were made to wait. Then he rudely repeated "Sir???" twice as though I was holding him up. After rudely being taken care of I left the bank obviously irritated. I called the main customer service center who instructed me to go bank inside the bank and speak with the customer service agent there. As I walked back into the bank the original male clerk yelled out across the bank "Sir, I can not help you! You have to go over there". I had not even approached his window. So I went "over there" and was greeted by a middle aged woman with short dark hair. After giving a brief description of why I was there, the woman answered with a finger raised and I was told was told, "First of all...." and ended with "if you want to talk to my manager...". I felt as though she had not heard one word I said. I was speaking calmly and have no idea why I was treated with such overwhelming rudeness and hostility. I wish I could give you there names but no one was wearing a name tag as though they have been through this before. I have been a Chase customer for many years but have recently moved to this area and this has left a very bad taste in my mouth for Chase Bank on Jefferson St in Joliet, IL. I would rather drive over an hour to go to my old branch in Bullafo Grove where people smile and want to give good customer service.

Ive brought all my info to change my name on the account 5 times since ive been married and theyve still havent changed my name. So now i dont have a bank card and now I cant take money out of my account. And all they can say is i dont know try again.
