I came from big banks like Wells Fargo and BofA and they were the worst poor customer service and horrible account options let alone steal your money out of your account. Nevertheless, Visterra is one of the best credit unions my husband and I have ever been to we love coming in here and everyone addresses us with such respect. Never are you just a number here you are actually in control of your finances. My personal banker Veronica always returns calls promptly and she goes above and beyond the call of her job to make sure we are satisfied. Even if you have had banking issues in the past or poor credit they will get you back on track.

This is my second time banking with altura, And once again I am highly disappointed with their services. Customer service there is beyond the worst. I Have gotten the run around for my needs. Things that were told to me upon joining are all false. my account was not protected, not even from my own purchases. but yet they have a limit on how much you can spend of your own money. How does that make sense? If my issue isnt resolved I will be yet again closing my altura account and my whole family will be removed as well. Good luck keeping clients you scam artists. Any way to add on a fee you do, even at your error. Good day.

First things first, no I am not a customer and would not want to be after my experience. I took a Friend here to cash a $40 check an hour and thirty minutes later she got her money. But had to jump thru lines and get sent around the bank, just to cash a check. Everyone was new here which was a shock and was still in training which was the main excuse being thrown around.
