I am not sure where all of you live but this is harassment and it is a violation of consumer rights I live in massachusetts I am letting my attorney know about this I already retained him for two dealerships screwing me over and now these people think Im gunna deal with their harrassing phone calls and emails? Yah i know . if you live in Massachusetts contact Kevin Crick he is a consumer rights attorney. I am a single mother struggling to make ends meet as it is......now this F*** off there should be negative stars your life must really suck if you get up and go to work and harass people who obviously are having a difficult time contact me one more time and you will see what happens

This company borders on fraudulent. I contacted them to pay off an old utility bill. Iwas wrong, i should have paid it a long time ago, i owed the bill for almost 2 years, while homeless and unemployed. I have finally been able to start getting on my feet, so i called CBE to pay $540 off to get electric turned on in my new apartment and they havent updated Dominion power in over a week. They said it takes up t o 15 days. This is unacceptable in this electronic age. It didnt take them even 2 days to take the money from my bank Account, EVen though my bank flagged them as possible fraudulent activity.

This company is atrocious and I want to know how they are in business! The call multiple times a day up to seven times a day and no on is ever on the receiver ever!!! They no message and it is over the top annoying and I am going to report this to the FTC. Do NOT ever call me again, unless you use some professionalism, something this company lacks immensely! EVERYONE THAT IS CONTACTED BY THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO REPORT THEM. I KNOW I CERTAINLY AM!

This place sent a collection to an incorrect address and I only found out about it through a hard credit pull years later. Literally only $45 that I owed and had no idea. Calling, I found out the address was incorrect and not only were they rude on the phone, they refused to provide me with any kind of written documentation of the address that they had sent it to, which would have allowed me to clear it from my credit.

this company by far is annoying only because they call so much during the day....at least 2-3x a day i spoke to 3 diff reps only 1 notated on my acct! is what the one from yesterday stated, but honestly this company does work with you i caaaan say that. the rep knocked my debt in half aannndd offered a payment arrangement on top of that! i only rated it 3 cuz they still call lol

Double charged me after we changed what I am going to pay bills weekly. They called around 11:30am changed the payment then I paid the 150 on my card 6am today got an email from my bank saying my account was below 25 dollars when I had 73 left they never canceled the check worth 200$ so I was just hit for 350$ in less than a 24 hour period

They are illegally reporting on my credit without attempting on collecting on a debt with knowing my name, place of work, phone number, and where I live. I call during business hours and cannot get ahold of anybody. So what is the deal? Collect a debt or destroy my credit even more I guess. I willbe looking into my legal options on this.

multiple calls from this company ..when I answer , they say hello and hang up ...called this number back -980 -244-3585 ..the person I connected with identified the number as CBE group and then hung up on me ..I have no business with this company . I have no pass due debts if they truly are a collection company .

They contacted me regarding a cell phone balance with AT&T. We negotiated paying half of the amount in mid January and the other half in Feb. mid January came around and the took the entire amount at once. Left me with nothing in my account. Fraudulent behavior. Have not taken my call since I found out.

Had gotten multiple calls, at all times of the day, night and on weekends. They finally left a message after about 3 weeks and it was for the WRONG NUMBER!!!! You would think a "Collection Agency" would do their homework first and get all the information. DO NOT EVER CALL ME AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They keep calling me and telling me I need to pay $127 for listing a product and eBay. When I ask them to send me a statemnt in the mail to break down the fees, they tell me they can not do that. And why would anyone list something on eBay if they have to pay that much. Sounds like a scam to me.

The worst customer service. Its disgustingly funny lol I just had an argument with a lady over the phone because of how rude and condescending she was towards me over a simple misunderstanding. Which I am taking care of just not how she wanted me to do it. Terribly bad at her job.

So annoying! This company calls me at least 3 times a day, but will not tell me why they are calling me. They want me to confirm my address & or birthday before they will tell me anything. All sounds fishy to me. So their calls are not being sent directly to my voicemail!

They are actually very nice and helpful..ive never received one rude phone call, or have been connected to anyone rude. They do call you when you dont make a payment but what do you expect? They are debt collectors, but i wouldnt consider jt harassment. Thanks cbe group.

A representative called me and when I asked him to identify himself and what his company does before i answer any of his questions, he did not answer. I googled the name of his company while I was on the phone with him and found out it is a collection agency.

FREAKING MORONS!!! Paying the account off IN FULL, no less, and simply requested an email receipt to be sent, and they said, no that my wife would have to authorize me to accept that request!! But yet, they can give a confirmation number....STUPID!
