It is one of the top United Ways in the U.S. with great leadership and staff, and is always on the leading edge of solving social problems in our community. Right now, its leading a collaboration of many social service agencies and civic groups with a major initiative to significantly reduce childhood poverty here. How great is that?!! If you want to do something that makes a real difference, this is a great place to get involved.
