Our past experiences with insurance, whether it is health, home, or automobile had always been a confusing experience. The benefit of having that piece of mind gave us a sense of comfort that I think is important when choosing a trusted advisor to handle your insurance. We now have our home, automobile, and personal umbrella coverage through Insurance Counseling & Management which has not only saved us money, it also gave us better protection and understanding of what the policies meant. Insurance Counseling and Management has handled all of my personal insurance (homeowners, auto, and personal umbrella) for over 10 years and I have never been disappointed in the service I receive nor have I found an independent agent who takes the time to counsel me on my needs like they have. I cancelled every policy I had with my former carrier and made the switch to ICM about a year ago and have not even thought about looking back. I have added new policies and extended policies since making the switch and could not be happier. The level of service and ease of communication is almost as good as the cost. The rates sincerely surprise me every time I get a quote, my questions are answered via email/telephone in minutes, and I have had numerous experiences in which I needed a brand new policy or a policy change on the spot and it was done in seconds like magic. I have been a client of ICM from the time of my first auto insurance policy, a little over 35 years ago. I would never use any other agency. The service is very prompt and personal. They are always looking for the highest quality underwriters for the price. I have never had a claim on auto or home that was not handled extremely fast and more than fair by the companies ICM represents and ICM has always been helpful in assisting with those claims. They are also helpful in making recommendations on the best options for teenage drivers. we love Ginny!

My wife and I canceled all of our other policies after speaking with ICM. Their customer service is very personable and honest. They did not try and sell me what I did not need, only what worked for me. They are by far the best insurance company I have worked with.
