I had one of the most amazing moments in auto insurance history... Lol. As i was going through out my day getting quotes for auto insurance, i begin to become weary, fustrate, and hopeless. Until i received a quote from State Farm. There i meet Dustin he brought me back to life with his upbeat attitude and confidence that he was the right one for the job. He made it convince for me to handle everything over the phone. While giving me a policy that was unbelievable and unbeatable. This company has dedicated their life to making it easy to feeling at ease not only driving but at home with there renters insurance as well.. great job guys..

I spoke with Dustin Tibbitts after requesting a quote online, he was soo kind and patient and exhausted all options to get me the best policy and rate. He explained everything included in my policy in detail and put it in simple terms so I could understand what I was paying for, I went from paying $288 a month with just liability to being fully covered for less, he was such a pleasure to speak with and he is so efficient I believe he deserves a pay raise. Excellent service! From the moment I walked in to this office, I felt very welcomed by friendly employees. The service they provided was beyond my expectations. They also gave me a very good rate on my auto insurance. The rep I met with took the time to help me better understand coverages which is very important to me. Any time I have had an question, they take the time to explain everything. I highly recommend this State Farm office to anyone who want a reputable insurance agent.
