they are very willing to take your money or give you loans. but when you need them the response is very poor. i have been requesting a payoff for 5 days now and nothing as yet. Once i tried to have my daughter take out $2,000. 00 form my account via a check for her and they would not do it. I had to go and withdraw the money to give my daughter. It is a shame because when you are opening an account or a loan they are most friendly.

I HATE ALL THE BRANCHES OF THIS BANK. Slow, you have to wait 20 minuets to get someone on the phone or do a call back request which means you wait 45 minuets minimum to get a call back, & you need to go in person to do almost everything .. waaaay too out dated . Way to slow to get someone to assist you when you go to any of the branches. I miss Bank Of America
