This is the most annoying, dreadful company I have ever worked with. Their software and payment accepting machines are so old and outdated... The customer service line for merchants keeps you on hold for almost 2 hours...The reps are unqualified, and literally HANG UP on you when they do not know the answer to your questions...And they also try to charge you a $600 fee if you decide you no longer wish to be torchered by their services... The sales rep for south florida Fabian Mercado who signed me up is nowhere to be found... I am thankful for the second merchant account I established with FLINT -which is FREE, great features, and no contracts/hidden fees. And they are really on top of their customer service. I definitely recommend staying FAR FAR AWAY from First Data and checking out FLINT instead!

fraud company, dont use it. worst company ever, worst customer service, lots of hidden thing in your contract, locked to five years! cannot be canceled. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!
