I have been g1 member for many years and I was appalled that the service that I received when I went into this branch the teller was rude and disrespectful when I ask to speak to a manager no manager ever came I waited for 15 minutes and then I finally gave up and left the branch that experience made me want close my account. The customer service at this branch is terrible I would never recommend this branch to anyone.

Golden1 has been good to me. Credit unions are typically much better than the larger banks. Their staff are nice and courteous. This bank location is on the smaller side, but functions as expected.
