Horrible horrible horrible i only come here because i have no choice but i kid you not they always have one teller for reg customers and one for business its riducloud for 5 ppl the wait is closed to an hour wait and it always smells they need more tellers#!! More employees!!!

Terrible place only two tellers most of the time half to 45 minutes way. On top of it very rude people working there. No costumer service at all. We need another franchise close to ramona or else. Try calling they never answer go to another bank. Not jocking.

Terrible service. Only 1 teller in the middle of the week at 1 o clock in the afternoon. Always a ridiculous long line and rude service. Worse yet is the incompetence of the tellers. Terrible avoid at all costs I will drive miles to go to another branch

Im waiting for at least 30 min already in line theres 9 people before me and 8 after me there and only 2 tellers ...seriously and since theres a priorty for the people making line in business banking my wait is about 45 min to 1hr... unbelieveable

Rude service. Would rather take time to go somewhere else. You can tell the employee spoke Spanish and she knew my aunt spoke Spanish as well but she spoke to her in English until my aunt got mad, then she started to speak Spanish.
